Free shipping

Free shipping on orders above R300.00. You can get your order delivered anywhere in SA for free, all you need is an order value above R300, we will deliver within 3 to 5 working days. If you need that special something a little faster choose our Next Day (R100) option.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are within 5 working days for main city centres and within 7 working days for outlying areas. As much as we would want to deliver on time as promised, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Please note that once your order has been placed we cannot change your delivery address.


Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – All orders over R300 qualify for FREE delivery, please see the delivery fee calculated at checkout if your order is below R300. Applicable to all areas within South Africa.

Orders will be delivered to the nearest Post Office

Delivery to the Post Office branch will happen in line with our standard delivery timescale of 3-5 days and will be confirmed via registered mail when the parcel arrives. Post Office will hold the parcel for 5 days and, if not collected, return the parcel to us to arrange alternate delivery. You must produce a valid driver's license, passport or identity book before the Post Office will release your order to you.


Next Day Delivery – Need your goodies quick and fast? R100 will ensure delivery of your order to your door the next working day! Only certain main centre areas qualify, and orders must be placed before 12h00 on a working week day.


Main Centres

Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley can expect delivery within 5 working days.


Outlying Areas

Expect delivery within 7 working days.

Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.


When do we start counting days? It depends on your payment method:

Credit Card / Debit Card / EFT - The next working day after payment has been received.


Confirmation email

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Swag due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.


Tracking and Delivery

To follow your order, please use the tracking ID / order number sent to you in your confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
